Know which kind of PDF you have

If you can select and copy text, the PDF probably contains real text and usually converts more cleanly. If every page behaves like one large picture, it is a scan and text recognition may be limited or unavailable in a browser-only workflow.

Convert and review the DOCX

  1. Choose the PDF in FilePebble’s file-to-Word tool and start processing.
  2. Open the downloaded DOCX in Word or a compatible editor.
  3. Check headings, lists, tables, page breaks, accented characters, and any signature areas before editing or sharing it.

Protect sensitive documents

Local processing reduces exposure because the selected file contents do not need to be uploaded to FilePebble. You should still protect the downloaded DOCX, avoid shared computers for confidential work, and remove temporary copies when they are no longer needed.
