A reliable workflow

What to check before sharing

A clean source image produces a clean PDF. Use even lighting, avoid reflections, and keep the camera parallel to the page. High-resolution camera photos can make a large document, so resize unusually large images before conversion when email size matters.

Honest limitations

The tool creates a visual PDF; it does not perform optical character recognition. Text inside photos will not automatically become searchable or editable.

If the result is not right

If a page looks blurry, replace that source photo rather than repeatedly compressing the whole document. If the PDF is too large, compress the completed copy once and compare readability with the original.
